Welcome to Supacasi. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms. At Supacasi, we operate under a licence issued by the Curacao Gaming Control Board, licence number OGL/2023/155/0098, granted to Famagousta B.V. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Registration at Supacasi requires you to provide your full name, date of birth, address, telephone number and e-mail address. We do not operate a no-account casino model; a verified account is mandatory before you can deposit or play.

We cannot open accounts for residents of the United States of America, Curacao, Malta, the United Kingdom, Spain or Australia. Accounts opened from these jurisdictions, along with any associated deposits and bets, may be suspended at our discretion. Deposits and Withdrawals

Progressive jackpot wins, however, are always paid out in full without being subject to these caps.

Verification Requirements

We require verification once cumulative deposits or withdrawals reach 2,000 EUR, and always before your first payout. Our verification process may require an identity card or passport, bank statements, proof of address, and documentation regarding your source of wealth and source of funds. We may also request a selfie holding your document, a written signature alongside your ID, or a live video call.

Documents must be uploaded through My Profile - Documents. Please note that any pending withdrawal is automatically cancelled once documents are requested; you may submit a new withdrawal once verification is complete. If your account remains unverified 30 days after our first request, we will freeze it for gameplay and transactions until the matter is resolved.

Bonuses and Promotions

Our Welcome Casino Package differs between the Canadian and euro versions of Supacasi. Canadian players can claim 350% up to 2,000 CAD plus 1,000 free spins across their first three deposits, with a minimum qualifying deposit of 25 CAD. Euro players are offered a 250% match up to 3,000 EUR plus 1,000 free spins, alongside separate crypto, sports and freebet offers.

Standard wagering requirements apply: casino bonuses carry a x45 wagering requirement on deposit plus bonus, live casino bonuses x35, and sports bonuses x10. Free spin winnings carry a x35 requirement, and casino chips require x25 of the bonus amount. Bonuses must generally be wagered within 10 days, while free spins and free bets expire after 7 days.

• Maximum win from a bonus depends on the match percentage offered, ranging from 3 to 12 times the deposit

Cancelling an active bonus results in forfeiture of the bonus amount, any winnings generated from it, and any amount already wagered. A bonus code may not be redeemed more than six times within a calendar month.

VIP Club

Our VIP Club at Supacasi is invitation-only, without published ranks or levels. Eligibility is assessed based on playing frequency, and an invitation is extended by our VIP Department to selected players. A single deposit of 1,000 EUR or more grants instant VIP status. Membership is not permanent and is maintained through continued play.

Responsible Use and Account Security

We do not permit the use of VPNs or any method of disguising or interfering with your device's IP address to access our services. If we detect such activity, we reserve the right to void all winnings, forfeit your balance and deposits, terminate your agreement with us, suspend our services, or deactivate your account entirely.
